Description: A detailed marine geophysical study was conducted during June of1981 and July of1982 to map bedrock and characterize glacial and post-glacial sediments along the inner continental shelf of New Hampshire. Sidescan sonar, marine magnetometer, sesimic boomer and single channel hydrophone were utilized to obtain over 1300 km of survey tracks aboard the USGS vessel Neecho. Navigation was by LORAN-C with fixes at five minute intervals.
